Expert PU 2K (Two Component B3 :H1)

PU COAT:

PU Paint is used in virtually all industrial markets to provide smooth durable finish that has superior resistance to corrosion, abrasion, and chemical exposure. It provides high gloss finish with exceptional weathering performance characteristic. It gives excellent performance while splash & continuous contact of Alkalis, Solvents, Salts, and Water.

Finish : Glossy (Semi Glossy/Matt finish Also Available As Per Your Requirement)
Mixing Ratio : 3: 1 (Base 3 Part : Hardener 1 Part) by volume
Maturation Time : 15 mins
Pot Life : 6 to 8 hrs. At 25 °C
Drying Time Surface Dry : 1 to 2 hrs
Hard Dry : 3 to 4 hrs (As per temperature)
Complete Cured : 7 days
Thinner : PU THINNER
Application : By Spray, Brush, Etc
Flash Point : Above 25 °C
Self Life : Minimum 9 months provided components are unmixed and stored in sealed containers.
Compatibility : Can be overcoated with Epoxy and Enamel based Top coat
Standard Packings : 20 lit & 4 lit.

Application Process:

Surface Preparation : Surface should be clean & dry, free from scales, rust, dust, greases.
Concrete & Masonry : Chip off damaged area, fill & level them suitably.
Loose laitance, Dry Powder, Soil, Dust, Old Coating etc. should be removed properly.
Clean the surface thoroughly and remove dust.

Health & Safety:

Use flame proof equipments with proper earthing, smoking, naked light. Precautions Operator applying the paint should wear proper personal protective
equipments such as air-fed mask, safety glasses etc. Good ventilation is essential. In confined area we suggest positive air pressure should be maintained. Protect face, neck & wrists from overspray, identify & use suitable barrier cream & or disposable gloves.
Remove contaminants on fingers & stain with barrier cream wash regularly with soap & water. All procedures should be in accordance with petroleum regulations.

Important Note:

After mixing base and hardner the mixture should be allowed to mature 15 minutes before being used.
